Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email. If you don't receive an email within 10 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.
Yes. Log into your account, go to Account Settings, and update your email. You'll need to verify the new address.
First, check your dashboard—your product should appear there. If not:
1. Wait 5-10 minutes (sometimes there's a delay)
2. Check your email for the license key
3. Contact admin@eshub.xyz with your transaction ID
🔧 Technical Support
Try these common fixes:
Run as Administrator
Disable antivirus temporarily (add exclusion)
Update your graphics drivers
Verify game files are intact
Restart your PC
Minimum:
- Windows 10 64-bit (20H2 or newer)
- 8GB RAM
- DirectX 11 compatible GPU
- 50MB free space
Recommended:
- Windows 11 64-bit
- 16GB RAM
- Modern GPU (GTX 1060 / RX 580 or better)
This can happen after game updates. First, check our Status page to see if there's a known issue. If not:
Re-download the latest version from your dashboard
Verify your game files
Try loading the cheat before launching the game
Contact support with your error log
🖥️ HWID Resets
HWID (Hardware ID) locking ties your license to your specific computer's hardware to prevent account sharing. This means you cannot simply log into another PC and use your product—it's bound to your machine.
HWID resets are handled in our Discord:
1. Join discord.gg/eshub
2. Create a ticket & request a reset, Send your product key and website username
Note: Resets are limited to once every 30 days to prevent abuse.
If you changed your motherboard or CPU, yes—you'll need an HWID reset. Minor upgrades (GPU, RAM, storage) typically don't trigger the lock.
🚫 Bans & Detection
We cannot guarantee that you won't be banned. All cheats carry inherent risk. However, we constantly update our software to stay undetected. Use at your own risk.
Please see our Refund Policy. Generally, bans are not refundable as this is a known risk of using cheat software.
Don't rage cheat (obvious spinbots, speed hacks)
Avoid streaming or recording while cheating
Don't admit to cheating in game chat
Use legitimate-looking settings
Keep your cheat updated
💰 Refunds & Policies
Please read our full Refund Policy. In short:
❌ No refunds for delivered/used digital products
⚠️ Store credit may be offered in rare cases at our discretion
✅ Chargebacks result in immediate account termination
Before requesting a refund, please:
1. Check our FAQ/troubleshooting guides
2. Ask in Discord support for help
3. Email support with details of your issue
Many issues can be resolved with proper setup.
Store credit is balance added to your ESHUB account that can be used for future purchases. It cannot be withdrawn as cash. We may offer this in unique circumstances at our discretion.
