Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. We do not offer direct monetary refunds to your original payment method once a digital product has been delivered or accessed. This policy is essential to prevent fraud and abuse of our services.
Delivered Products: Refunds are not available for digital goods that have been delivered to you, regardless of whether you have used them or not. This includes software access, license keys, and subscriptions.
Used Products: Refunds will not be issued for products you have successfully used, even if only for a short period.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
In certain circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may offer you a refund in the form of store credit added to your ESHUB website balance. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
When Store Credit May Be Issued: This may be considered for extenuating circumstances, such as a widespread, prolonged technical issue caused by us, or as a gesture of goodwill in a unique support situation.
No Right to Store Credit: You acknowledge that receiving store credit is a privilege, not a right, and is not guaranteed under any circumstances.
Usage: Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, or transferred to another account.
Expiration: Store credit does not expire, but is subject to our Terms of Service.
How to request: If you believe your situation warrants store credit, please contact admin@eshub.xyz with your order ID and explanation.
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers typically have a right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, this right is forfeited for digital content if you have expressly consented to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledged that you lose your withdrawal right upon delivery.
By completing your purchase on ESHUB, you:
1. Expressly request the immediate delivery and access to the digital product.
2. Acknowledge and accept that you thereby waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
If you are an EU consumer and believe this does not apply to your specific purchase, please contact us immediately—before downloading or accessing the product.
While we strive to maintain 24/7 uptime for our services, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, cyber-attacks, or issues with third-party providers (game patches, anti-cheat updates, server providers).
Compensation, whether in the form of monetary refunds, store credit, or subscription extensions, is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of ESHUB management.
Planned Maintenance: No compensation for scheduled downtime.
Game Patches: Updates may take hours to days—no compensation during this period.
Prolonged Outages: In rare cases of extended downtime (72+ hours), we may offer store credit at our discretion.
Dispute Resolution: You agree to contact us directly at admin@eshub.xyz or via our Discord server to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.
Consequences of Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute is a violation of these Terms and constitutes fraud. If a chargeback is received:
Your access to all ESHUB products and services will be immediately and permanently terminated.
Your account will be banned from our website and Discord server.
We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback using any relevant evidence, including proof of product delivery, service usage logs, and your agreement to these Terms.
We may pursue the recovery of any associated fees and the original transaction amount through third-party collection agencies.
Your information may be shared with fraud prevention databases.

Q: The product doesn't work for me. Can I get a refund?
A: Please first check our FAQ and seek support in Discord. Many issues can be resolved. If it's a widespread technical problem on our end, we may consider store credit at our discretion.
Q: I accidentally bought the wrong product.
A: Contact support immediately. If you haven't downloaded/used the product, we may be able to exchange it for the correct one or offer store credit.
Q: I got banned in-game. Refund?
A: No. Bans are an inherent risk of using cheat software, clearly stated in our Terms of Service (Section 1.7).
Q: How long does store credit last?
A: Store credit does not expire, but can only be used on ESHUB and cannot be withdrawn.
