Abuse: Harassing, threatening, or abusing our staff or other community members on our Discord server or any other platform.
Bots and Scraping: Using automated scripts, bots, or other means to access the Website or purchase products.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without a refund.

We use third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card or banking details.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
By completing a purchase, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge the provided payment method.
1.7 No Guarantee of Service
Functionality & Detection: You acknowledge that digital products operate in a dynamic environment. We do not guarantee that our products will be undetected by anti-cheat software, will function indefinitely, or will be compatible with every system configuration.
Downtime: Services may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. Downtime compensation is not guaranteed. (See Section 3.4).
Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks associated with using our products, including but not limited to temporary or permanent account suspensions or bans in third-party games. ESHUB is not responsible for any such actions taken by game publishers or platform providers.
1.8 Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including logos, text, graphics, software, and the underlying code of our products, is the property of ESHUB or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our express written consent.
1.9 Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ESHUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
1.10 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ESHUB, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT; OR (iv) SUSPENSION OR BAN OF YOUR ACCOUNT IN ANY THIRD-PARTY GAME. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
1.11 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ESHUB and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our Services and products; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any game publisher's terms of service; or (d) any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted by you.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
3.1 General Refund Policy (No Direct Refunds)
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. We do not offer direct monetary refunds to your original payment method once a digital product has been delivered or accessed. This policy is essential to prevent fraud and abuse of our services.
Delivered Products: Refunds are not available for digital goods that have been delivered to you, regardless of whether you have used them or not. This includes software access, license keys, and subscriptions.
Used Products: Refunds will not be issued for products you have successfully used, even if only for a short period.
3.2 Store Credit Policy
In certain circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may offer you a refund in the form of store credit added to your ESHUB website balance. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
When Store Credit May Be Issued: This may be considered for extenuating circumstances, such as a widespread, prolonged technical issue caused by us, or as a gesture of goodwill in a unique support situation.
No Right to Store Credit: You acknowledge that receiving store credit is a privilege, not a right, and is not guaranteed under any circumstances.
Usage: Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
3.3 Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products (EU Consumers)
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers typically have a right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, this right is forfeited for digital content if you have expressly consented to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledged that you lose your withdrawal right upon delivery.
By completing your purchase on ESHUB, you:
1. Expressly request the immediate delivery and access to the digital product.
2. Acknowledge and accept that you thereby waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
You confirm this waiver before finalizing your purchase by checking the box agreeing to our Terms and Policies.
3.4 Downtime Compensation
While we strive to maintain 24/7 uptime for our services, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, cyber-attacks, or issues with third-party providers. Compensation, whether in the form of monetary refunds, store credit, or subscription extensions, is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of ESHUB management.
3.5 Chargebacks and Fraud
Dispute Resolution: You agree to contact us directly at admin@eshub.xyz or via our Discord server to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.
Consequences of Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute is a violation of these Terms and constitutes fraud. If a chargeback is received, your access to all ESHUB products and services will be immediately and permanently terminated, your account will be banned, and we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback using any relevant evidence.
